Software Training Courses

During my undergraduate internship, my final project was to create a series of Articulate Rise 360 courses about commonly used digital tools. These courses were used for both onboarding new employees and refreshing existing employees' knowledge. I created all of the content while being guided by team members and subject matter experts. This course taught employees how to use Slack along with best communication practices.

BambooHR

This course taught employees how to use BambooHR, which was the company's human resources software.

Lattice

This course taught employees how to use Lattice, which was the company's people management platform.

Zoom

This course taught employees best practices for using Zoom.

Google Calendar

This course taught employees how to use Google Calendar, along with some best practices.
