Storyline Knowledge Checks

While updating the company’s outdated car wash onboarding courses, I redesigned the quizzes to better align the questions with the learning objectives.  I also reduced cognitive load through making the questions clearer, intentionally promoted recognition and recall, and added elaborated feedback for enhanced comprehension and motivation.  Below is a sample knowledge check; more knowledge checks are available in the PDF document to the right.
