Auto Spa Onboarding Training

​To improve onboarding for non-management employees at the company’s car wash locations, I revamped outdated training content using Articulate 360.  I reduced cognitive load, incorporated scaffolding, and enhanced accessibility along with collaborating with SMEs to ensure accurate, relevant content.  I also developed new knowledge checks with elaborated feedback to provide learners the opportunity to practice before attempting any quizzes.  You can find the updated onboarding courses for The Auto Spa Express (TASE) and sample knowledge checks below.

TASE Core Course

This course reviews core topics relevant to all TASE employees, including company values, customer service best practices, and safety guidelines.  All employees complete this course before being cross-trained in all three positions: cashier, loader, and courtesy attendant.
