Hi!  I’m Makenna Connolly, an instructional designer with experience in higher education, sales, and the automotive industry.  With expertise in educational psychology, I take a holistic, research-informed approach to creating effective, human-centered learning experiences.
 
I design with intention—considering not only how people process information, but how motivation, confidence, social dynamics, and the environment impact learning.  Accessibility is also central to my work, inspired by my brother, who is on the autism spectrum, and my mom’s dedication to supporting his lifelong success.
